Professional Supervision

Tarini is an ACA Level 4 member with over 10 years’ experience and is registered with the College of Supervisors. She offers both individual and group telehealth supervision for ACA and PACFA counsellors across Australia, drawing on a long and varied career in the sector.

Background: Since completing her qualifications in 2018, Tarini has worked in corrections, within an employee assistance program in Queensland, and in private practice in Moorooka. After losing her job in 2020, she spent three years working as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner before establishing a private practice in Coomera on the Gold Coast. She brings this broad range of experience into her supervision practice, using practical insights from each role to support supervisees.

Professional supervision for counsellors registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) or the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). Individual and group telehealth supervision is available to practitioners across Australia.

Minimum: 10 hours per year (approximately 1 hour supervision per 20 hours of client contact). Under the ACA code of ethics: claim 5 hours supervision in a 4-week month, 6 hours in a 5-week month.

Group supervision – $75 for 2 hours

  • Small groups (maximum 6), suitable for new and emerging counsellors.

  • Topics include clinical practice, administration, pricing, marketing, social media, and strategies for growing a private practice.

  • Each participant should bring a topic to discuss or actively participate with microphone and camera on for the full 2 hours.

  • Seven to eight group sessions are offered monthly; you may claim one 2-hour group session per month.
