MIND-BODY CONNECTION
SELF-REGULATION
KINESIOLOGY
Kinesiology in Mitchelton, Brisbane
We use kinesiology’s mind–body methods to calm the nervous system and help people and couples reconnect. When talking isn’t enough, nonverbal support helps.
We find where the body feels off, notice subtle signals, and guide it back to grounding. You lie face up, fully clothed (bring warm socks). The kinesiologist tests your anterior deltoid to assess needs, support nervous system regulation, and find corrections to help you feel settled.
Some sessions focus only on bringing you into a calm state; this is as valuable as a full 75-minute balance. For couples, each person gets about 30–40 minutes in a 2-hour session. This is not talk-based couples therapy — we use a couples kit with male/female and other archetypes, financial and relationship roles, intimacy styles, and more. Leave the talking on the couch.
