Hi, I’m Tarini!

I'm Tarini, the owner at Embodied Haus working telehealth across Australia. I help women, couples, and fellow therapists build embodied, present lives—not perfect ones.

About Me

I own Embodied Haus, a private practice I started in February 2023 to help people thrive, not just survive. I provide trauma‑informed care that connects mind, body, soul and the nervous system, and I tailor support to each person’s unique needs. I work as a counsellor, clinical supervisor, kinesiologist and small business owner, drawing on diverse skills to support healing and sustained growth.

Born in Pune, India, I moved to Brisbane in 2017 to study at the University of Queensland and have lived across Greater Brisbane and the Gold Coast while awaiting permanent residency. After losing my job, home and financial stability during COVID‑19 in 2020, I truly learned what living in survival mode feels like.

I was driven into mental health work because our high‑pressure culture rarely lets people truly thrive. I believe everyone deserves to live a life of meaning, connection and wellbeing. I started Embodied Haus to help people discover the version of themselves that does more than survive. I co‑create lives of meaning, abundance and joy using a variety of evidence‑informed and embodied approaches tailored to each client.

  • Kinesiologist- CAAHM Kinesiology Academy (Graduating September 2026)
