Welcome to UNWIND, a somatic therapy in the Gold Coast offering a 75MIN session designed to offer calm, gentle and intuitive support through the healing power of presence and touch. Rooted in the science of regulation and energy flow sessions are fully clothed, face-up and intuitively guided- no talk needed, no explaining and no need to “do” anything. Your body already knows how it needs to heal; it just needs space to feel safe again.

How often should I schedule UNWIND?UNWIND is a powerful self‑care tool that supports emotional regulation and recovery. Try to schedule a follow‑up every 1–2 months to help keep your nervous system balanced and reduce the chances of feeling flat, exhausted, overwhelmed, or on edge as if something bad is about to happen.
What should I expect to feel after a session?Every nervous system is as unique and special as you are. Sometimes you might feel very relaxed, at ease, sleepy, and you might need to chill out, watch tv lay on the couch and support your NS. Other women may feel some old emotion coming through this is completely normal to shed tears or cry afterwards.
Can I add on Therapy?At Embodied Haus, we take a mind, body, soul and nervous system approach. We offer a 75 Min UNWIND session with an add on therapy session to unpack your experiences, limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, trauma responses i.e. people pleasing, lacking boundaries, self-sabotage, etc. We offer a trauma informed approach to UNWIND and we would be privileged. you.
